So, Yom Kippur Roll Call
I know. I am a mishooganah.
There are things I could do but most likely I want.
I diid all I said I would Thursday except I had to order new frames and wait 3-5 business days.
Yesterday I went to Small's and got their chicken for Cheryl to have to take to work with her today as she is on a renewal cycle. Interesting that Yom Kippur falls during their renewal processing. I got a Brisket bop for me. Had a few bites at lunch then tried to fini**** for supper but instead it finished me. It did not look like a lot of food in the box they serve in. It was very, very, very good.
So trying to do very little and may think a bit on the idea of atonement and of apology today.
How about y'all?
Good morning friends,
What a lovely cool morning! We have knitting today and a concert tonight. There is also an art fare I'd love to see if I have the energy to go. It's tomorrow too but it's supposed to rain tomorrow. We need the rain!
We went to Social last night for dinner. It feels like our home away from home. Love, love, love the people who work there and their ability to cook!
Have a great weekend!

Hello everyone
Yesterday I had such a busy day at work I swear I looked up at the clock and it was 1pm. I couldn't believe it. Then I stoppe and picked up a few things and came home. I made dinner and Chris came over and we ate and watched old British TV episodes of Young Ones...it's a funny show. And it was a nice evening.
Today I will be hanging out with Chris and his kids. Then later I will be going to a friend's birthday party in the city. Chris will be stay home with the kids so it will be just me. I expect I will be there pretty late into the night. I figure if I am going to drive into the city I am going to stay for awhile.
Well have a good day all...see you laters gators...bye
Hi Randy and Friends,
It is deliciously perfect outside for this homey. LOVE the chill. Needing me some apples and a big fire in the yard tonight.
Randy, being messhuganah (crazy) is better than an Alter ****er (old fart). I grew up hearing those expressions. My mother was from Bavaria and many yiddish terms are used in the slang of southern Germany, especially in the mountain areas. As always you made me smile today. Made me think of my mom.
Right now, I am surrounded by the felines and the pup who will be 13 this year. I am feeling so loved. My pup has white paws and a white muzzle. I cant believe she is 13. She is slowing down but still has that swagger when she flies thru the wind chasing a bunny in the back yard. I recall bringing her home and having her sit on my chest and sleeping together. She is and will always be perfection to this mama.
Have to go to the veggie store this morning and tonight we are going to a friends house for dinner. There will be 6 of us. I am bringing the salad.
Enjoy this day that the Lord has made.
Blessings dear ones,
Sharon
